Ramsey Honored with IGS-NA Service Award

Yours truly was recently mentioned in the most recent article of the IGS News.

One of three IGS regional conferences held in 2016, the GeoAmericas 2016 Conference in Miami Beach, Florida attracted over 1100 participants from all areas of the world, 80 exhibitors, along with several related association exhibits and meetings.

During a session sponsored by the IGS North America chapter, I received a Chapter Service Award.

To Boyd Ramsey – IGS North America – For outstanding leadership efforts and energy as Chair for “Educate the Educators”.

In addition to the China Educate the Educator event, where I lectured also, there is future planning occurring for additional events in the Asia Pacific area.
